hi, I’m ERIN
former full-time creator turned talent manager. founder of mlnin social collective.
my story
I spent three years as a full-time beauty influencer before I ever became a manager.
Which means I know exactly what it feels like to negotiate your own rates, get lowballed by brands, sit in meetings hoping you said the right thing, and wonder if there's anyone in your corner who actually gets it.
With my experience being on sephora squad, earning consistent $10K+ months, and working with some of the biggest beauty brands in the game, That experience is the entire reason MLNIN exists.
I built this agency to be the kind of representation I needed when I was on the other side — strategic, protective, and built around the real work of being a creator, not just the deal flow.
Today, I represent a small, intentional roster of beauty creators who treat their work like the business it is. I'm based in Dallas. I'm a Black woman, 26, building something I want to put my name on for the long haul.
my philosophy
strategy > hustle
Pitching 100 brands a week isn't a strategy. Building inbound demand is. We don’t chase brands — we build content that makes brands chase us.
advocacy > transaction
My job isn't to close deals at any cost. It's to protect your name, your time, and your long-term career. Sometimes that means saying no to "easy money."
A burned-out creator can't make great content. A burned-out manager can't fight for great deals. I run this agency with a focus on work/life balance to protect sustainability and long-term career growth.
boundaries > burnout
think we’d be a fit?
